These terms apply to aeopugmill.com and the AEO Pugmill WordPress plugin, operated by Janzen Works. Using the website or plugin constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The free version of AEO Pugmill is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. You may use, modify, and distribute it under those terms. The plugin is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
The Pro/AI Connector license is a per-site subscription purchased at aeopugmill.com. One license covers one WordPress installation. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold.
Opting in to the Pugmill Network means the plugin will send anonymized daily bot traffic counts to aeopugmill.com. You may opt out at any time. The data contributed is used solely to power the network dashboard and improve the anonymized aggregate. No individual site data is sold or shared with third parties.
The intelligence dashboard at aeopugmill.com is provided for informational purposes. The data reflects anonymized, aggregated reports from contributing sites. Janzen Works makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the data and is not liable for decisions made based on it.

To the extent permitted by law, Janzen Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the plugin or website. The total liability of Janzen Works for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the plugin or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
